3MTM Diamond GradeTM DG3TM Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 incorporates ''full cube'' technology for optimal performance. DG3TM Sheeting is designed to have the highest retroreflective characteristics at all sight distances including both short and medium road distances. DG3TM Sheeting is available in fluorescent colors which provide excellent visibility at dawn and dusk, as well as in inclement weather. 3MTM Diamond GradeTM DG3TM Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 exceeds the minimum reflectivity requirements of Type XI Sheeting specified in ASTM D4956.

Increased Visibility Helps Improve Safety
Drivers rely on what they can see. Vehicles with reflective conspicuity markings provide better visual information to drivers for faster detection and more accurate decision-making. 3M vehicle conspicuity markings are now available in a strong rigid construction product for smooth and even surfaces. High quality materials provide a durable film to withstand harsh traffic environment. They are easy to apply and come with aggressive, pressure sensitive adhesive that stands up to the rigors of the road.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Hand wash with sponge, cloth, or soft brush using warm water and detergent. The cleaner must be wet, non-abrasive, without strong solvents and have a pH value between 3 and 11 (neither strongly acidic nor strongly alkaline). Rinse thoroughly.
Using high pressure cleaning equipment, the following conditions should be applied / set up :
- Maximum pressure 80 bar
- Maximum temperature 60°C
- Minimum of 1 metre distance of cleaning jet from sheeting surface
- Cleaning wand to be held at no greater angle than 15 degree from perpendicular to the sheeting surface
- Wide spray pattern

3M™ High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting Series 3930 is a non-metalized micro prismatic lens reflective sheeting designed for production of reflective durable traffic control signs, work zone devices and delineators that are exposed vertically in service. Not only is 3M high intensity prismatic sheeting bright and durable, it’s better for the environment. The manufacturing process for prismatic sheeting reduces VOC emissions by 97 percent and energy consumption by 72 percent compared to glass bead-type sheeting.

Auralite 7800 Series Engineer Grade retroreflective sheeting is an enclosed lens sheeting with clear pressure sensitive adhesive and easy release liner. 7800 Series is ideal for non-specification signage requirements such as temporary signs, off-road signage and parking lots.

Oralite 5200 Economy Grade are weatherproof, self-adhesive retroreflective films with an excellent solvent resistance. The smooth surface has a high scratch resistance and a good printability.
The retro reflective system of the Oralite 5200 Economy Grade consists of catadioptric glass beads which are embedded in a transparent layer of plastic material.
Oralite 5200 Economy Grade was especially developed for the manufacture of information signs as well as for reflective advertising art, which are intended for a short-term outdoor use and which require just a minimum of retro-reflection. The smooth surface shows a high scratch resistance and impact strength, and a very good printability. Problem-free printing using solvent-based inkjet printing and excellent processing on cutting plotter systems.
